Fell off many times, but remembering Stephane’s advice each time: “Go easy on yourself and simply get back on.” Exhaustion, anger, shaking, soaked in sweat, eternity. #artdudeplacement #100days

At the Picasso Museum today– a photograph of Picasso “contemplating death”… some days I push myself physically, some days mentally.

View from the square/garden behind Notre Dame.

Williams and Stephan taking a selfie atop La Dame. There was a lot of historic discussion this week, and I think this photo sums up a lot.

If you’ve trained with the Yamak, you know. If you have not, you can not understand. Went to the limit- til my mind wanted to quit- and was then inspired by my friends! We start together: we finish together!

What is THE hardest part of parkour/art du déplacement? Knowing when to stop. Once you learn how to push yourself, it becomes very hard to admit that you must rest _now_, when your friends are still training. I am not injured, but if I continue today- if I continue now- I will break. So… mental strength now, so I can continue (forever. The morning I do not awake, is the day I quit!)

101, 11-21-31-21-11 :P Big thanks to Fagan for coming back to help me finish!
