Etre forte

pour etre utile. Sitting in a café, watching the Paris fire fighters rescue a cat. Can’t make this stuff up.

Musee Rodin

A relaxing morning at the Rodin museum and sculpture garden. Je pense…

Cote du Rhone

Oh mon dieu! The wine… The cheese…

And now time to relax

Can a guy get a glass of wine around here? :P

It’s all about the wrist bands

…and the blisters and the sprains and the sweat and the memories and the new friends!

An historic selfie

Williams and Stephan taking a selfie atop La Dame. There was a lot of historic discussion this week, and I think this photo sums up a lot.

Thank you Stany

We are all in Lisse today at the park in front of the Dame du Lac.

Three hours

If you’ve trained with the Yamak, you know. If you have not, you can not understand. Went to the limit- til my mind wanted to quit- and was then inspired by my friends! We start together: we finish together!

The hardest part

What is THE hardest part of parkour/art du déplacement? Knowing when to stop. Once you learn how to push yourself, it becomes very hard to admit that you must rest _now_, when your friends are still training. I am not injured, but if I continue today- if I continue now- I will break. So… mental strength now, so I can continue (forever. The morning I do not awake, is the day I quit!)
