Day 16/100 – Farmer’s carry

(Part 17 of 104 in series, 100 Days of Training (2017))

Walk 2 miles. Pick up 16 pounds of vegetables (the white thing in the bag is the bottom of a cabbage, not a gallon of milk), walk 2 miles. My elbows and biceps are toast! Glad I took a ‘biner! #artdudeplacement
