Did a half hour of basic QM, and then thought this up… Two positions, face-up and down. Roll between the positions keeping arms and legs off the ground. When face up do pike leg raises, when face down do pushups. Add 1 to the count each time.

Day 11/100 – Dirt is heavy

Worked all afternoon on these plant beds. The upper one required removing about 5’x20′ of lawn, lower one was much smaller. Shovel them out, remove rocks, grass, roots, etc fill them in, cut lawn edges straight and mulch. All human powered tools. #artdudeplacement http://constantine.name/100days
