Cartagena is a beautiful and welcoming city. It was a shame to have to leave so soon.
The beautiful Plaza Ayuntamiento just off of Paseo Alfonso XII, and the adjacent Roman Theatre.
Remains of the original town fortifications, from before the Roman conquest, circa 200BC.
The Concepción Castillo is perched on top of one of 5 hills, right in the middle of Cartagena.
